If you withdraw before the first session, you are entitled to a full refund (or part payment if a payment plan is selected), less the administration fee of AUD $150. There are no refunds after the first session, unless in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Institute. Please note that all other Institute terms and conditions apply.
