Day 1 overview 6th November

Arrive to La Vie En Rose (Chennai is the nearest international airport). We can arrange transport from Chennai to La Vie en Rose, our home for the week, as required.

Settle in to our stunning home for the week near the former French colony Pondicherry, and right by the intentional spiritual community, Auroville. Yoga. Massage early afternoon. Swim. Visit of our village (check the shopping around and organise a scooter for those who want one).

We can take a group to easy Indian dinner in Pondicherry and have a stroll on the beach road (ritual walk of all Pondicherrian)

Day 2 overview 7th November

Rekha Tandon will lead us in yogic movement archetypes. She is an internationally recognised scholar and artist and specialises in teaching sacred dance as yoga (Odissi). In house massage. V In house meals from our local chef.

Matri Mandir Meditation at the stunning intentional spiritual community of Auroville, with a visit to the Auroville vistor centre for Ayurvedic food, and shopping.

Day 3 8th November

Early morning departure early to day outing Chidambaram (see the video below). We will pause in the morning for a dosa breakfast on the road.

meet ricci-jane ADAMs

Dr Ricci-Jane Adams is a spiritual teacher, author, and mentor for the spiritually fierce. She is the principal of the Institute for Intuitive Intelligence®. She is the creator of the Intuitive Intelligence Method and the founder of the spiritually fierce movement.

Her books include Spiritually Fierce and Superconscious Intuition.

She has led many retreats and is excited to take a group to India for the first time in such an intimate and personally connected way.

Her work is inclusive, socially conscious, ethical and dedicated to service before self.

meet AGATHE & La vie en rose

Agathe spent 25 years in India, living across the continent from New Delhi - Goa and Pondicherry. During these years, she works in several design fields, from interior to fashion.

Agathe last stop was in Pondicherry-Auroville in South India, where she and her family built a contemporary Eco-sustainable home, the home of our retreat.

The property design is bespoke – focused on enhancing well-being and well sensing, from carefully choosing the quality of each raw material to the electrical low magnetic design plan.

Consequently, when you enter La Vie en Rose, your breathing takes a new proportion, and you will feel the invitation to land more deeply.

During her travels for her design endeavours, Agathe has gathered a talent to mingle within the Indian culture, an orientation to a curiosity that she will share with us.

Finally, her deep connection with this region and its people will allow us to shortcut and filter our one week of discoveries so that each experience is deeply held and unique.

The Painting studio of Agathe’s husband will be at our disposal.

The onsite team are all long-term family employees, some of which working with her for more than 22 years.

Cancellation after 30 September 2023 forfeits your investment unless someone else can be found to take your place.

If the retreat is cancelled due to Covid related reasons a full refund will be provided. This does not include you contracting Covid. Please ensure that you have the correct level of travel insurance to compensate you in this event.
